Round two, nurses—my first send jumped the gun.

But you’ll want to scroll all the way through this one.

Today’s hottest flexible jobs are waiting at the bottom—and they won’t last long.

Lets try this again...

Most of you know me as that ER travel nurse who became a recruiter, turned agency owner. And I know, I’ve been radio silent this past year. But trust me, it’s all good stuff.

First—thank you for sticking with me. I’m grateful more than you know.

Here’s the tea.

I’ve been taking the current healthcare staffing system we all hate—the one that bleeds nurses dry with endless middlemen, unsafe ratios, and broken promises—and burning it to the ground.

Because let’s be honest...

We’re not in a “nursing shortage.”

We have a shortage of nurses willing to keep sacrificing their mental health, their families, and their safety for a system that doesn’t value us.

Almost 50% of nurses leave the profession before their second year.

Why? Our jobs suck. And it’s hard AF being a nurse right now.

But what if you could...

● Make your own schedule, working when, where, and how you want

● Set your own rates and build your own independent business, using your license the way you want

● Get paid while sitting in the school pickup line

● Work as a virtual nurse from your couch

● Pick up shifts at your favorite music festival

● Train in aesthetics or wellness

I hustled every side gig I could find to escape ER burnout—festivals, home IVs, events—and those jobs saved me.

But there’s nowhere for nurses to find jobs like those. And those opportunities are hard to find.

So I built it.

The Future of Nursing

Something new is coming. Something built by nurses, for nurses. Something that tackles the real root of the nursing crisis—not just slapping an “AI” sticker on recruiting and calling it innovation.

This isn’t just staffing.

This is a revolution.

Nurses are the largest workforce in the world. It’s time we take back control of our careers, our lives, and our future.

I can’t spill all the details yet, but trust me—you’ll want to be first in line.

Because the future of nursing depends on what we build—together.
